 Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and brings over 18 years of nursing experience, including extensive work in emergency care, geriatrics, hospice, and medical-surgical settings. Her background reflects a strong commitment to quality care and a deep understanding of the unique needs of aging and medically vulnerable populations. Through Bella Vida Care Solutions, Rachel combines her clinical expertise with a heartfelt dedication to helping clients live safely and comfortably at home. 

 Our Director of Operations, holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology, bringing a strong foundation in team dynamics, leadership, and workplace efficiency. Her expertise supports the daily operations of Bella Vida Care Solutions, ensuring our caregivers are well-coordinated and our clients receive dependable, high-quality service. With a focus on people-centered practices, she helps foster a compassionate and professional care environment.
